Coach Daegan has a strong background in high-level playing, coaching, and player development. Known for helping athletes think the game at a higher level, Daegan brings an approach centered on awareness, discipline, and decision-making.

A standout defender at Lapeer West High School, Genesee Stars Soccer Club (GSSC), and Wolves Academy, Daegan built his reputation as a competitive and intelligent player with a deep understanding of the game. He later continued his career at the NCAA Division I level at Northern Illinois University, where he earned Academic All-MAC and Distinguished Scholar-Athlete honors.

Daegan has also played an important role with Nationals Soccer Genesee as Technical Director, helping shape players into disciplined, confident, and tactically aware competitors. His training goes beyond basic drills, with a focus on positioning, decision-making, and reading the game in real time.
