PRIVATE TRAINING
PERSONALIZED TRAINING.
REAL DEVELOPMENT.
Get more focused attention, more repetitions, and feedback built around the individual player. Choose 1-on-1 training or bring teammates and friends for a small group session.
WHY PRIVATE TRAINING?
BUILT AROUND THE PLAYER.
INDIVIDUALIZED FEEDBACK
Direct coaching and corrections based on the player's technique, habits, strengths, and areas for improvement.
MORE REPETITIONS
Smaller training environments mean more touches, more reps, and more opportunities to improve.
PLAYER-SPECIFIC FOCUS
Sessions can focus on technical ability, position-specific needs, confidence, decision-making, and player goals.
FLEXIBLE TRAINING
Book a single session when needed or purchase a package for consistent development over multiple sessions.
1-ON-1 TRAINING
Work directly with an Athletics iQ coach in a focused environment built around the player's goals, strengths, and areas for improvement.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Train with teammates or friends while still receiving focused coaching, high repetition, and individualized feedback.
Register one player first to reserve the training time. After the reservation is made, email or text Athletics iQ with the additional players and we will add them to the session.
